Horse Parade, a trading name of Flora Creative ("us", "we", or "our"), develops audio plugins and standalone applications for macOS and iOS (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
We have designed our products to work without collecting personal data. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information Collection and Use
Audio Data
Audio processed by our plugins stays on your device. We never have access to your audio, your projects, or your DAW sessions.
Presets and User Data
Factory and user presets are stored locally on your device in the app's sandbox or shared App Group container. Presets are never uploaded, synced, or shared with us.
Network Access
Our audio plugins make no network requests. They run entirely on-device. The standalone apps do not phone home, sync to a cloud service, or communicate with our servers.
Usage Data
Our apps and audio plugins do not collect, store, or transmit usage data. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no telemetry.
Cookies
Our website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
App Store Purchases
If you purchase our apps through the Apple App Store, Apple processes your payment. We do not receive your payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs their handling of your purchase data.
Crash Data
If you opt in to sharing diagnostics with Apple, anonymised crash reports may be forwarded to us through App Store Connect. These contain no personally identifiable information — only stack traces and device metadata (OS version, device model).
Third-Party Services
Our apps and plugins do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Transfer of Data
Since we do not collect personal data through our apps or plugins, there is no personal data to transfer. In the event that we introduce services that require data collection in the future, your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. The security of your data is important to us. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect any data we handle, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
